Ordering ~

We have secure online shopping. Our shopping cart provider is Paypal. Your information is processed through Paypal’s secure servers. Your privacy is protected by Paypal’s SSL encryption technology. Your privacy is very important to us at  Ribbons Roses and More and we will never share any of your information with a third party.

As you browse through our items, simply use the “add to cart” button to select what you would like to purchase. After you have finished adding items to your shopping cart – click on “check out”.

Custom Orders

Full payment is required before your order is processed. Since these items are made specifically to your requirements, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please contact me via email to proceed with your custom order--there will be information that I need prior to processing your total for payment and/or shipping. Please allow approximately 3 weeks for special orders. I will give you a specific time frame once the order is placed.

Payment Policies

Payments are due at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards through Paypal – which is our preferred method of payment. Shipping is due immediately upon receipt of Invoice from Paypal. Please note that you do not have to be registered with Paypal to make a payment through them, you are able to make a one time payment.

If payment is not received within 24 hours, the item(s) will be returned to inventory and made available for sale. We thank you for your understanding.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail , UPS and Fed Ex .  U.S. Shipping is calculated at checkout. If you live elsewhere please contact us before ordering so that we may send you an invoice with correct shipping. Insurance is optional but we do recommend it as we will not be held responsible for items once shipped. All glass items are required to have insurance and will be invoiced separately.

Please allow 48 - 72 hours for your item to be processed and shipped. You will receive an email confirmation when your item is shipped. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Your privacy is very important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices. On some pages you can order products, make requests or join our mailing list so that we can keep you informed of changes to our site, new products, sales, news and special events. The types of personal information collected on these pages are name, address, email, phone number and credit/debit card information. Rest assured that the information you provide will never be given to a third party without your permission.
