Shipping Insurance/Claims: Purchasing shipping insurance is strongly recommended. PLEASE NOTE uninsured lost or damaged items WILL NOT BE COVERED by the shipper and Ribbons Roses and More is not liable for refund due to loss or damage by the shipper. Great care is taken in the packaging of your purchases but occasionally items may be damaged in transit. If you receive an item that has been damaged we will be happy to file the insurance claim for you and follow up to ensure your refund is credited back to you as soon as the shipping service pays the claim. The shipping service is responsible for refunding the customer for damage claims. Once a claim has been submitted the shipping service will pick up the package from your home and the claim will be paid in approximately 10 business days. All shipping services REQUIRE that you retain the original packaging and box for their inspection and processing of your claim. Please keep all original packaging in tact and with your item for pick up. Failure to do so may result in your claim being rejected.
