Vintage Wooden Shoe Mold- Hand Painted Pink Roses

Vintage Shoe Mold
When I went to the flea market, what did I see?? Oh, there was so much it boggled me. I was so excited to find this vintage wooden shoe mold. Perfect for a door stop or use as a bookend in your shabby, cottage chic or Victorian decor.
It has been given a summer white and vintage crackle background. Paris Pink roses and sage greenery surround the entire mold.
This is a large mold measuring approx. 13" long and 4 " wide at the widest part of the form.

What a wonderful way to serve your dessert or to display any number of things on this lovely vintage chic Paris pink rose cake stand. Another OOAK.

I can see it holding one of the larger 6 - 8 wick candle, a lovely cake from Mimi's Rose Chenille, a small tree decorated with a set of  ornaments. Petite Fours would look wonderful displayed on this one, yum,yum. So many things this could be used for. Let your imagination go wild.

As with all of my creations this one has a crisp winter white background and is surrounded with Paris Pink roses and sage greenery. I have added my polka dotted swiss lace effect around the outer rim and pedestal base.

It will hold a 9 1/2 dia. plate.

Measurements : 12 " in dia. and approx. 5 " tall.

I supposed it was used for serving milk or beverages. As I don't know it's origin I would recommend it not be used for food. In perfect shape, no cracks or hairline fractures. I love finding Vintage boxes and containers for storage and Shabby Decor. Occasionally I run across a great find but the Lane mini Cedar chest are getting harder to find. I was very excited to find this one came from my home town. Unfortunately I have never found one with a key.
